AENOR, a benchmark in building construction and safety certification.

In the construction industry, AENOR certifies organizations that build or manage building and civil engineering works, those that manufacture construction materials and those that install construction systems.

The AENOR N Mark is the symbol of product quality and safety, being an Officially Recognized Quality Distinction (DCOR) by the competent Public Administration for certain products in accordance with the Technical Building Code (CTE) , the Structural Code , the Instruction for the reception of cements ( RC-16 ) or the Regulation of Fire Protection Installations (RIPCI) .

On the other hand, the CE marking acts as a passport that allows the free movement of the products covered within the European Economic Area, and in this context, AENOR is notified to the European Commission by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism to act as a Notified Body in the tasks of evaluating the performance of products included in the scope of EU Regulation 305/2011 on construction products (CRP).

AENOR's certification of management systems is a benchmark in the building and civil engineering sector, contributing extraordinarily to quality, environmental health, sustainability and innovation in construction.

And in the electricity sector, AENOR certifies compliance with legislation and contributes to the stability of the electricity system with operating procedures for the response requirements to voltage dips in wind and photovoltaic installations, and issues CE certificates, among others, for elevators, lifting equipment, machinery, gas appliances...
