The consumer-recommended product certification
The "Product highlighted by the consumer" certification endorses excellent food products that consumers like, guaranteeing the organoleptic quality of the products that are subjected to an individualized tasting program.
The certification of Product highlighted by the consumer is based on the sensory evaluation program designed and developed by AENOR Laboratory .
Product tastings are conducted in the AENOR laboratory's tasting room, where specialized technical staff select the target consumers, prepare the samples, and carry out the tasting. Consumers evaluate various aspects of the products, such as taste, smell, texture, appearance, and overall rating. All the data obtained is used to perform a statistical analysis, from which the final scores are derived to determine product certification.
This way a proven result is achieved that makes the product stand out within the same range, and differentiates it from the rest.
Both manufacturers and distributors can apply for certification of the products they manufacture and/or distribute.
