Also with the purpose of improving their participation, promotion and permanence in the labor market, promoting female entrepreneurship, advancing in the equitable use of time, guaranteeing conciliation rights, as well as the co-responsible exercise of these rights or the reduction of the gender pay gap, among other aspects.

AENOR's Ethics Channel is a key element of the GROUP's compliance model, made available to you to confidentially report irregular activities and conduct that may constitute a criminal or administrative offence and/or breach of the AENOR Code of Ethics.

Likewise, projects have been completed that mark new avenues of growth for AENOR in the international arena, such as the management of sargassum on Caribbean beaches to transform it from a problem to an opportunity. All of these developments are consistent with the role that society expects from AENOR.
