Good Governance and AENOR

At AENOR, we build trust through robust and constantly evolving corporate governance. Our commitment to best practices is not just a statement, it is an operational reality, evidenced by our Compliance ecosystem :

- A Code of Ethics and a Compliance Policy that guide each decision.

- A Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Collaborators that extends our ethical standards to the entire value chain.

- Specific tools such as fraud prevention and money laundering regulations.

- Key bodies such as the Impartiality Commission and the Compliance Committee.

We guarantee total transparency and traceability in all our activities, ensuring good corporate governance on a day-to-day basis.

Responsible leadership

In 2024, valuable certifications have been awarded that support our leadership in recognising commitment to values that matter to society, such as Zero Food Waste or Commitment to the Elderly; also taking the first steps towards the certification of the Ethical Management of Artificial Intelligence. Likewise, projects have been completed that mark new avenues of growth for AENOR in the international arena, such as the management of sargassum on Caribbean beaches to transform it from a problem to an opportunity. All of these developments are consistent with the role that society expects from AENOR.
