Commitment to 360º Accessibility
AENOR and ILUNION work together to contribute to making society more inclusive and facilitate access for all people on equal terms to goods, services and environments, in the business environment and its stakeholders.
The commitment to accessibility must be present in all areas of the organization, from governance to ICT environments, products, services, and solutions, including all interaction and communication channels with both customers and staff.
To know the situation that a company has in terms of accessibility, they must have a prior diagnosis of the situation to know the points to improve, a strategy that marks a roadmap to solve and value the actions developed and the commitment to implement these actions, which follows the methodology developed by ILUNION.
The Accessibility 360 certification is the milestone that contributes to making visible the voluntary commitment of the management and the route to excellence in accessibility, key to guaranteeing equality, a pillar of social sustainability.
