AENOR certifies products and services for installation and maintenance in construction, guaranteeing quality, regulatory compliance and good practices through audits, tests and independent evaluation.
Facilities: AENOR SI certified
The AENOR SI Mark certifies the quality of the installation process on site and/or its maintenance , focused on companies that carry out installation and maintenance services in the construction sector, in services usually oriented to the citizen.
It is one of AENOR's voluntary quality marks aimed at companies that want to differentiate themselves through the quality of their services, whose objective is the professionalization and continuous improvement of their staff in carrying out the installation service in new construction and in rehabilitation works, as well as evidence of the adoption of best practices in the provision of maintenance services by installation and maintenance companies, all carried out by an entity independent of the interested parties and in accordance with the characteristics of the service.

After certification, the company receives the AENOR Certificate and the license to use the AENOR SI Mark as a guarantee of quality and service.

The AENOR SI Mark for Thermal Insulation covers the following services in accordance with applicable standards:
- UNE-EN 14315-2 . Installation of rigid polyurethane (PUR) and polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam sprayed in situ.
- UNE-EN 15101-2 . Installation of blown or sprayed cellulose.
- UNE-EN 14064 . Installation of blown or sprayed mineral wool.
- Installation of Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) thermal insulation on facades.
The AENOR SI Mark for the Service for the Installation of heat measurement and regulation equipment in centralized heating and DHW installations includes the following services:
- Measuring equipment (cost allocators, energy meters and domestic hot water meters) and/or
- Heat regulation equipment (valves with thermostatic head).
Applying the regulations within the scope of Royal Decree 1027/2007 and the Energy Efficiency Directive:
- UNE-EN 834. Heating expenditure distributions for determining the consumption values of radiators in premises. Electrically powered appliances.
- UNE-EN 215. Thermostatic valves for radiators.
- RD 1027/2007 . Regulation of Thermal Installations in Buildings (RITE).
The AENOR SI Mark for the Installation Service of Masonry Construction Systems confirms compliance with the Execution Rules of the Construction Systems: Silensis and Silensis SAAC.
