Restaurant quality: A guarantee for the consumer
AENOR has developed the Restaurant Service certification solution, aimed at both restaurant and catering operators, as well as companies that contract these services, in order to guarantee to the consumer that the service they are receiving is safe, healthy and meets their expectations.
This is a simple certification process, as it does not require the implementation of additional procedures or systems that restaurant operators should already be using. The process is carried out through continuous evaluation of the restaurant service, including audits, sampling, and testing .
The Restaurant Service certification is a flexible solution based on four control modules : Food Safety, Nutritional Quality, Service Quality, and Operational Control.
