AENOR has been accredited by ENAC for Criminal Compliance certification. The standard UNE 19601, is aimed at reducing the organisation's exposure to criminal risk and promoting a culture of crime prevention.

This standard sets out the requirements of a management system for:

Organic Law 1/2015 amending the Criminal Code considers crime prevention models as possible elements of exoneration and mitigation of the criminal liability of the legal entity, as long as they meet a series of requirements.

This regulation considers the provisions of Law 1/2015 with respect to the requirements of crime prevention models and complements them with the best international practices established in the field of social responsibility, compliance and risk management.
