AENOR has developed the Verification of Equality Plans solution
In order to respond to the need of public and private organisations, AENOR has developed the Verification of Equality Plans solution for all sectors to communicate to their stakeholders their alignment with current regulations and, therefore, the integration of equality into their labour compliance. This solution is developed based on AENOR's own Specification, which includes the critical requirements of Royal Decree 901/2020 on equality plans and their registration and Royal Decree 902/2020 on equal pay, aligned with the requirements for the registration of Equality Plans in the Register of Collective Bargaining Agreements and Agreements (REGCON).
