AENOR responds to the social concern of organisations to build and strengthen safe public and private environments for all people, especially for women (workers and clients/users/beneficiaries) with a certifiable model based on continuous improvement. Collecting one of the recommendations contained in the standard UNE-ISO 53800:2024 Guidelines for the promotion and implementation of gender equality and the empowerment of women.
Building and Securing Women's Security
The AENOR Model specifies the requirements that allow an organisation, within its scope of influence, to have an effective system for the prevention of this type of behaviour , and to ensure the safety of women within the organisation.
It is applicable to any type of organization regardless of its size, activities or location that has an obligation, if applicable, has or decides to implement an Action Protocol for prevention and intervention.
Can it be integrated with other management systems?
This Model can be integrated with any other management system that the organization has implemented as long as its requirements are met, or applied independently, adapting to the reality and specific regulations of the country, region or municipality of the organization.
