ITP Aero obtains ISO 27001 certification from AENOR in information security management

Madrid, December 2, 2024 .- ITP Aero has received the ISO 27001 certification from AENOR, a leading entity in generating trust, for information security management and data protection. This international standard, established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), recognizes organizations that implement effective information security management systems and that comply with the highest standards of data protection and resilience against potential threats.
To achieve this certification, ITP Aero has carried out a rigorous evaluation of its security processes and systems and implemented a continuous improvement system based on a risk analysis, metrics and indicators and an internal and external audit to strengthen its data protection infrastructure.
Obtaining ISO 27001 certification is a fundamental step in ITP Aero's strategy to face the challenges of today's digital environment, reinforcing its ability to protect data and operate securely. The scope of the certification includes the information systems that support the life cycle management platform for products related to both commercial and defense aeronautical propulsion.
