The UNE 19603 standard provides the necessary guidelines to establish, develop, implement, evaluate, maintain and continuously improve a Compliance Management System in antitrust matters.

Requirements of the UNE 19603 standard

This standard establishes the requirements for, based on the analysis of context and stakeholders, establishing the methodology for the identification of antitrust obligations, as well as the identification and evaluation of the associated risks.

The standard takes into account proportionality and risk approach when applying requirements such as due diligence with members of the organisation and with third parties, training or communication.

UNE 19603 compliance management system

The standard is completed with elements of the compliance management system such as the establishment of objectives and indicators and the performance of internal audits and adequate reports to facilitate continuous improvement.
