The AENOR Gender Equality Model, developed in 2019, already integrates the guidelines set out in ISO 53800, offering the certifiable requirements for the establishment of a management system for the real and effective integration of equality into the culture of organisations.
This model is aimed at eliminating gender gaps in all processes of the workers' life cycle, which are from selection and hiring, professional classification, training and development, working conditions (including salary auditing, health and occupational risks), exercise of co-responsibility, gender violence, remuneration system, prevention of sexual harassment based on sex, and communication, among others.
The AENOR certification will help you to give visibility to your commitment to Gender Equality, as well as to support that the decisions and policies you apply regarding people management, purchasing policy, management of your supply chain, your internal and external stakeholders, and alliances are designed, implemented and improved through a robust and reliable management system to promote their integration into the DNA of organizations.
The time is now! Certify your company.

"The main asset we have at McDonald's is our people. For this reason, obtaining the AENOR Gender Equality Certification Model certificate represents recognition of the work carried out by Human Resources, which indicates that we are working on the right path, creating a good, inclusive and respectful work environment. For McDonald's, the full achievement of the Principle of Equality and non-discrimination between women and men is a fundamental commitment on which we have been working for several years. Within our corporate culture, it has always been of vital importance to work for the integration and equal treatment and opportunities between women and men (in selection and hiring processes, training or promotion, work-life balance plans, non-sexist and inclusive language, etc.).
