Quality of a product or service
For each job, a specific control program is defined that determines the frequency and scope of the service, which may include dimensional reviews , test control, qualities, quantities, functions, packaging, labeling, sampling, special specifications, as well as any other requirement that is considered necessary to review at the request of our customers.
These inspections can be carried out at any time in the supply chain, being able to guarantee the conformity of the products.
In this sense, prior to or during the manufacture itself, inspections can be requested to verify raw materials, machinery conditions and production processes, guaranteeing the conformity of the first and successive manufacturing batches.

Customer requirements: The customer defines their needs: type of service, product, location, scope, aspects to consider, etc.

Service design: In collaboration with the client, AENOR defines the control programme to be carried out, designing the process, the check-list, service instructions, sampling, tests, requirements, etc. An AENOR technical coordinator is in direct contact with the customer throughout the service.

Coordination of the service: AENOR's team of inspectors/auditors coordinates the inspection/verification with the contact provided by the customer.

Completion of the service: The service is provided by qualified personnel on the agreed date and time.
