How does AENOR certify the quality of taps and sanitary ware?
Royal Decree 358/1985 of January 23, establishes the subjection to technical standards of sanitary taps for use in personal hygiene premises, kitchens and washrooms, and their approval by the Ministry of Industry and Energy, establishes in its articles the mandatory observance of technical standards on sanitary taps.
The AENOR Mark's certificate of conformity to standards for sanitary taps and fittings has the same value as homologation. It is a recognized alternative by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, and the use of products with the AENOR Mark benefits all parties involved in building construction.
