Eduardo Cicuéndez has been appointed Director of Brand and Customer Communication at AENOR

May 7, 2026.- Eduardo Cicuéndez assumes the new Brand and Customer Communication Department. Cicuéndez will lead the planning and execution of corporate identity strategies in the various markets where the entity operates, coordinating the launch of campaigns that reinforce its presence in the market. To this end, it will promote the use of events and strategic agreements as key positioning factors, while promoting a closer link with customers, the media and the main stakeholders that have a direct relationship with AENOR.
Since his arrival at AENOR, Eduardo has played prominent roles in both the Corporate Brand and Communication Management and in the Strategic and Product Marketing Department. His experience extends to the national and international arena, where he has managed digital transformation and reputational strengthening in complex business environments.
Academically, he has a degree in Journalism from the Complutense University and has completed the PDD at IESE Business School. His profile is completed with a Master's degree in HR and CSR, as well as specializations in Lean Startup methodology, business design, digital marketing and team leadership.
