Resumen:
The document specifies hygiene requirements for construction as well as operating of commercial onetank-dishwashers. The test methods for type testing and of hygienic operating are specified. Additional the standard specifies requirements which shall be fulfilled in mobile dishwashing processes using onetank dishwashers.
Das Dokument legt Hygieneanforderungen für die Konstruktion sowie das Betreiben von gewerblichen Eintank-Geschirrspülmaschinen fest. Die Verfahren zur Typprüfung und zur Überprüfung des hygienischen Betreibens werden beschrieben. Ausserdem legt das Dokument Anforderungen für das mobile Spülen mit Eintank-Geschirrspülmaschinen fest.
