Resumen:
This standard specifies a method for the determination of the content of ethanol in honey. After enzymatic reaction by the enzymes alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and aldehyde dehydrogenase (AL-DH) the formed NADH is determined spectrophotometrically.
