This international Technical Specification (ISO/TS 22002-1:2009) specifies requirements for prerequisite programmes (PRPs) to assist in controlling food safety hazards in the manufacture of foodstuffs. This Technical Specification is applicable to all organizations, regardless of size or complexities that manufacture foodstuffs and/or intermediate products.
