Resumen:
This standard series (DIN 54387) specifies methods for the determination of technical boron carbide, boron nitride and other metallic borides as powders, granules and shaped particles using chemical analysis, mass spectrometry and spectrochemical analysis. This part 3 specifies the determination of non-metallic main and minor constituents total carbon, total nitrogen and total oxygen and the free carbon in boron carbide and the moisture in amorphous boron.
