Resumen:
This standard specifies a method for the determination of water-soluble extract. It is applicable to caffeinated and decaffeinated roasted coffee. The water-soluble extract obtained by this standard is not comparable to the extract of consumption infusion of ground roasted coffee produced by brewing.
