Resumen:
The International Standard specifies methods of sampling crude or processed animal and vegetable fats and oils, whatever the origin and whether liquid or solid. It also describes the apparatus used for this process. The standard is not applicable to milk fats. DIN EN ISO 5555/A1 is the first amendment to the existing DIN EN ISO 5555. The subclause 6.6.5 "Sampling of flexitanks" was added.
