Resumen:
This standard contains requirement for design and function of cooled banquet trolley for using in professional kitchens, including the testing, technical safety and hygienic characteristic feature. Against DIN 18867-6:1997-01 the section 2 and the safety requirements were reviewed, the tests to the requirements attributed and hygienic aspects integrated.
